Beginning to write about it, I remember a fragment from the film “Faryad” – “Scream” most successful film has been shot concerning Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorniy Karabakh conflict. A lot of films concerning Karabakh topic have been shot. But in neither of those films national psychological features have been professionally reflected as in this film. Despite we have watched this stage/scene (sehne) multiply, although it is familiar stage for all of us, because of abovementioned features, I was obliged to note it again. When the battle begins, the teacher takes children to the temporary shelter through underground tunnel-bunker intended for children and begins to read nonsense to the pupils about antiquity of Armenians and their language and says: -Prominent writer Silva Kaputikyan writes in his book followings: “There was our compatriot Martirost in Columb’s Santa-maria ship and armenian language was one of such languages that landed sea travellers tried to talk with local people namely in this language through interpreter Tores. ” If we research the history, perhaps it will not be possible to find any other nation that has as much as territorial demand to other nations, dealing with sabotage, acting with the meaningless claims about their being one of the oldest civilisations of the world, which are not more than lie and idle dreams, trying to convince others to their pseudo history, considering other nations as an enemy to themselves, as armenians. Armenians persuaded themselves in that degree that, they have captured themselves to this lie, so they have stood in sharp chauvinist position and in a result, in hostility position to other nations, especially, turkish nations. As a reason they show that, they possess the highest culture and old history among neighbour nations, therefore those nations have hostility to them and naturally, they have to protect their existence and they are obliged to eliminate these nations. Already it has named in the medical science as “armenism” disease belonging to armenian nation. It is noted in “Political science” dictionary (page 101-102) published by The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as followings: “Armenism- is extraordinary, phenomenal event. It has appeared as an ideology and demonstration of the politics, which stands in sharp schauvinist position against other nations, especially to turkish nations, as well as to Azerbaijan, enlarging agressive, fake and fictitiuous ideas for achivement of their goals, chosen the terror as a main mean, which is blodd lust, implemented the most terrible terror acts and is far from the culture and civilization. These violent schauvinists standing in Armenism position consider that, as if they are the most civilized nation in the world, Turks, Arabs, Georgians and others living in neighbourhood are wild nomadics. As if they always persecuted armenians and they are ready to destruct them today also. Therefore, armenians are as if induced to eliminate all enemies, and at first order, Turks. Only after that, their lands can be free-“Great Armenia” from the sea to the sea can be created. Armenians, living by this idea already some centuries, have made conflicts in Turkey, Bulgaria, Russia, Georgia and Azerbaijan territory, taken the position of elimination of turkish nations and azerbaijanians, incurred our nation to deportation and genocide in 1905-1907, 1918, 1920, 1948, 1965, 1988 – 1992 years for realization of their damned ideas. Antiturkish politics realized by armenians during long period, made barbarisma, their inclination to the terror, “struggle” conducted for “Great Armenia” caused to appearance of new disease belonging only them-disease of armenia in the world of medicine. Great Soviet Encyclopaedia published in Moscow has devoted separate article to this topic and named it as “armenian disease”. Armenism concept has attracted attention of different personalities of the world. They evalauted armenian character, psychology, activity and attitude towards people as negative. Negative evaluation written in old east written monument “Gabusnama”, made by historian of antique period Tatsit, polish writer Adam Mets, russian poet and writers as A.S. Pushkin, A.S. Qriboyedov, Velichko, Shavrov, Glinka and Mayevski about armenian character, psychology, activity and attitude towards people, give chance to see legal and political intolerancity, mental ugliness of this damned ideology and political behaviour with whole nudity”. Today all world countries note that future of humankind depends namely on dialogue among civilisation. Main features of this dialogue are ability of living together of nations possesing different cultures, religiouses, races and history, despite these differences, people’s freedom of choice, not suggestion of own national, cultural and religious features to other nation by any nation or state using different means. But we observe contracdiction of these in an example of Armenian state. Armenians and their successor-current Armenian state realized genocides, repressions, deportations against our nation by the help of its intercessors. Armenians not satisfying with this, have destructed our historical monuments, privatized our national dances, songs and carpets, thus have tried to represent themselves in the world as a nation possesing ancient history. This privatizing policy has continued historically and today abovementioned process is being conducted in the territories under occupation of Armenian state in much more active form. In chronicles of APA related to destructed monuments by armenians and name of places in old Azerbaijan lands currently named as Armenia, destructed monuments and changed place names in Zangazur are reflected as followings: Epitaphs and images of ongons belonging to ancient turkish tribes on gravestones in a form of box and ram statue belonging to XV-XVI centuries revealed in Urud cemetry (armenians changed the name of this village to Oront) proves adoption of alban tribes the islamic religious and becoming a Turkish, azerbaijani long-long ago. These historical monuments made upside down “conception about alban tribes’ becoming armenians and georgians after arabic conquest of Caucasus”. This scientific invention proves that azerbaijanians are rooted nation in Caucasus and confirms groundlesness of the opinion of armenians’ “azerbaijanians are migrative nation in Caucasus”. Although, armenian “scientists” added some letters to avlade-avgvan (childs of alban) words as if “writer was illiterate, so wrote the epitaph false” and read it as “avlagum vagudlu”, tried to prove that azerbaijanians never lived in Zangazur, they could not reach their goal. Therefore, armenians destructed Urud village cemetry in Zangazur region which is middle centuries cemetry. Armenians published caravansary built during the reign of Elkhani king Abu Said at the place called Salim passage in Zangazur-on Silk Way –caravan-trade path from Anatolia to China along the Araz river, as “armenian national arcitectural monument” (Arutunyan V. M. Yerevan, 1984). (view. KGPA, v.III, H 991, p. 62). Epitaph set on the door of Yahya ibn Mahammad (date of death 1305) tomb in Mammadbayli village of Zangilan region on the same path is identific with the noted caravansary epitaph for its form, size, engraving technique. The third one of such epitaph has not been met in historical territory of Azerbaijan. Name of architect Ali Majdaddin, who has built all these monuments on the path of Silk way in XIV century, is written in the noted epitaph. A writing in armenian language has been set inside of the monument. Text in this writing and text of writing on the door do not match. It is noted in the writing in armenian language that, this monumentt was built by Chesar from the stock of Orbelyan in 1332. Teacher in Lazar University Chr.İv.Kuchuk-İoannasov pretends that, “tatars” (i.e., azerbaijanians) later gave the name of Salim to this caravansary and set the writing on the door. Whereas writing in arabic language is built on the door when the building was built. Its interesting side is that, armenians published the name of this caravansary as Salim caravansary in the booklet. Willingly or unwilligly incurres such question: if it is armenian national-cultural monument, so why armenians call it in a form called by tatars?“ The other monument that armenians want to privatizate is grandiose tomb located in Jafarabad village, in 8 km distance from Iravan city belonging to Azerbaijan Garagoyunlu state Chukhur Saad emirs. (hijra 816-cı il – Milady1413). Armenians invited turkmenish scientists, conducted there excavation works and gained result that Gara Goyunlu state was Iranian state and its leaders were turkmen emirs (intends modern turkmens). They try to present the tomb as armenian material-cultural monument. This nonsense scientific result is a product only ill mentality. Identification Garagoyunlu emirs with modern turkmens is unscientific and incorrect. Because they were consist of oguz turks and semi-migrative tribe unions called turkmens lived in Anatolia in XIII century. Their main province- Arjish located in the north of Van lake. Besides, this monument is alike with Momina khatun and Yusif in Kebir tombs located in Nakhchivan for its architectural-constructive forms and it is continue of Ajami bin abu Bakr architectural school. There were some tombs and great cemetries in noted place belonging to Azerbaijanians and they were destructed, (KGPA, v.III, H 1027, p. 66-67). 382 shia mosques and 9 sunni mosques functioned in the territory of Zangazur and Iravan provinces in 915. Growth dinamics of mosques in İrəvan province was 201 in 1904, 342 in 1911, 382 in 915. This growth dinamics shows fast growth of muslim people and strong position of muslim clergymen in the region. Parish mosques functioned in the villages of Shaki, Vaqudi, Mardhuz, Garrag, Saldash, Karkyal, Agbes, Agbag, Hajiemi, Ballıgaya, Karkas, Charali, Khardjmagli, Dastakard, Galajig, Jijimli 1, Jijimli 2, Garoachali, Seydlar, Mollalar, Taza Kilsa, Narjan, Zor, Afandilar, Pasan, Khurtekes, Hajigambar, Garabaglar, Damirchilar, Dondarlı, Kurdalug, Ulajlı, Sarajli, Darzili, Okhchu, Kaglar of Zangazur region. In general, 36 parish mosque in Echmiadzin district of Iravan province, 47 parish mosques in Surmali district, 63 parish mosque in Sharur-Daralayaz district, 14 parish mosque in Novobayazed district, 54 parish mosque in İravan district functioned. In these mosques registration of all born, dead, married, divorced people has been realized. Mulla of every parish has been appointed by the governor. And until the beginning of the twentieth century Gadim Shahar, Jame, Haji Novruzalibey, Haji Imamverdibey, Miza Safibey, Haji Jafarbey mosques functined in the city of Iravan. Here existed also great madrasa building in Jame mosque complex of Iravan. Most of these historical monuments have been savagely destructed by the armenians, or their origins have been changed. The other direction of armenian vandalism policy has been mass change of names of places confirming that they are historical turkish lands of the region. All toponyms in current Armenian territory have been armenised. Abovementioned Urud has been changed to Oront, Jafarabad to Argavang, Zeyva-metsamor and etc. It seeks a goal of absolutely erasing tracks of azerbaijanians in these lands. At the ed of nineteenth century were located mausoleum of Mir Davud, grandson of eith immam Rza in pir Davudan village of Zangazur and mausoleum of Seyid Ahmad, son of seventh imam Museyi-Kazim in Gara Vali village. Both of the monuments have been destructed by armenians.” Today armenians either falsify our material-cultural samples in occuoied territories, etiher destruct our monuments which are impossible to falsify. They ground it with belongity of our 20 percent lands to them, which are under their occupation. Armenians appropriate material-cultural samples of our nation and publish different books about it, place articles in interenet, organize excursions. Vafa Quliyev notes in his article “Genocide policy conducted by armenians against Azerbaijan nation’s material culture” that alban-cristian monuments located in Nagorniy Karabakh and surrounding places have been appropriated by armenians and declared as armenian cultural monuments, “plays“ about it in russsian, armenian and european languages have been published. Afterwards, author notes names of such books as ”Armenian cultural monuments in Nagorniy Karabakh territory” of Samvel Karapetyan and “Treasure of Artsakh” of Shagen Mkrtchyan in the list of those “plays”. Abovementioned books have been published in some languages in 2000. In this article have been listed monuments existing in occupied territories, such as-Yahya in Mahammad tomb located in Mammadbayli village of Zangilan region, Shikhbaba tomb located in Shikhlar village of Jabrail region (because of texts of writings, paleographic fatures, artistic design shikh baba dwelling is defined as belonging to Gadiriyya mystic society and its activity period was related to XII-XIV centuries), cemetry nearby to it, tomb located a bit further than this monument belonging to Sheykhzade abd as-Salam ibn Sheykh Giyaseddin built in 1358, grave stones on the graves of followers of Sheykh around the tomb, boxes lightening our middle centuries history belonging to XIV-XIX centuries, ram in a form of grave stone, grave stons with the horse statues, grave stone with three horse statue belonging to XVI-XVII centuries revealed in Lachin region Malibeyli village and monument with statue belonging to XVI century located in Armaziskhevi, eight-pointed tomb of Sheykh Babi Yagub located in Babi village of Fuzuli region, destructed tomb located in middle ages cemetry in Diridag plateau of Jabrail region, grave stones with horse statues in the right side of the way leading to Agoglan temple of Lachin region belonging to XVI century and mosque building in a form of right-angled prepared from river-bed stone in 1790-1791 in Jijimli village and other historical monuments. Armenians are armenising not only our historical monuments, but also our national dances, tales, composers, plays where reflected different historical researchs. This issue is largely reflected in article named “Armenians occupy our cultural resourses too” of journalist named Sevinj in one of numbes of “Hafta ichi” paper. The author showed in her article that, dance melodies such as “Vagzali”, “Yalli”, “Uzundara”, “Mirzeyi”, “Gazagi”, “Tarakama”, folk songs such as “Sari galin”, “Khan baji”, “Dali Jeyran” are presented to the world as an armenian music, eposes and tales such as “Asli and Karam”, “Malikmammad” and etc., musical comedis of U.Hajibayov such as “Arshin mal alan” and “O olmasin, bu olsun”, some parts of “Koroglu” opera have been armenised, our world famous composer Gara Garayev has been presented as an armenian composer in internet pages, music collection named “Vokaliz” set on a base of arrangement of Azerbaijan folk dance samples has been presented in armenian television since 2004 as armenian folk music by soloist of Armenian Song Theatre Varduhi Vardahyan. Simultaneously, “Vokaliz” azerbaijanian collection presented to sale by recording to the CD by the name “Armenian sceneries”. Author of the article at the same time “alarming” in her article that our modern plays are also in danger and writes: “By the way, armenians do not hesitate from appropriation of not only our folk, but also modern plays. For instance, very popular song composed by the composer Aygun Samadzade “Maktab illari (school years)” has been performed in music festival held in Armenia in 2002 by the singer named Manana. It should be noted that, the song has been performed in armenian language and without showing the author. From the other side, the play “Kor erebin mahnisi” (play Sheykh Sanan), composed by Fikrat Amirov on a base of poem of our genius poet Huseyn Javid, is presented as an armenian play Armenian artists Artur Safaryan, Rach Keshishyan, Aram Avakyan and Gevorg Dabagyan used this song from the beginning until the end of the clip named “Mayrik” that they had shot. The same clip has been begun to demonstrate from the beginning of this year. Whereas, “Kor erebin mahnısı” music play has been registered in Azerbaijan Author Rights Agency in 1963. Besides, popular music of other world known composer of Azerbaijan Tofig Guliyev named “Sana da galmaz” (poem belongs to People’s poet of Azerbaijan Razul Rza) has been presented as armenian play in “ice age” broadcast shown in “ORT (first)” channel of Russian Federation in 2007. During investigatons it was revealed that, music presented by the name of “Armyanskiy tanes” “armenian dance” has been taken from armenian composer Ara Gevorkyan’s disc “Ani” and Jivan Gasparyan’s disc “Maqiçeskiy duduk” recorded in USA in “EYE RECORDS” company. This interesting point should be noted that, in recently revealed disc in Russia named “The art of armenian duduk” (“Maqiçeskiy duduk”) 8 of 15 songs sung by armenian singer J.Gasparyan belongs to azerbaijanian composers. These songs include Tofig Guliyev’s “Sana da galmaz”, Jahangir Jahangirov’s “Ay gız”, Rauf Hajıyev’s “Sachlarina gul duzum”, Emin Sabitoglu’s “Neyleyim”, Alakbar Tagiyev’s “San galmaz oldun” in original and instrumental variants) and Eldar Mansurov’s “Gece zengleri”, “Melodiya”, “Sene de galmaz” song in this disc has been given by the name “I have a word with a prayer”, the author has been shown as Mkrtch Malxasyan. Whereas ” Sene de galmaz ” song has been created at the beginning of the fifties years of last century and performed in performance of Rashid Behbudov in the film “Bakhtiyar” produced in “Baku” studio in 1955. It is satisfactory to say that, videorecord of this film is kept in Moscow in Russia State Film Fund. In Azerbaijan State Film Fund storage code of this film is 53S-16. And the song has been registered in Azerbaijan Author Rights Agency in 1963” The state of Armenia acts with some accusations against our state by the purpose of curtaining conducted armenising policy. One of them is related to destruction of armenian graves located in christian cemetries in our country. Elchin Bayramli noted that this accusation is not more than calumny in his article “Armenain graves stay untouched in christian cemetry in Tovuz city” It should be noted that, illegal archeological excavations are realized in our occupied territories by foreign countries by the direct support of Armenia. In march, 2008, information about holding excavation works by Great Britain and Spain archeologists in Azikh cave camp belonging to Paleolith age located in occupied Azerbaijan Territory in internet sites has been disseminated. Azerbaijanian government officially expressed its protest to Great Britain and Spain related with this issue. One of main parts of armenising policy of armenian state is building churchs in our occupied territories. It is noted in one of the articles placed in “deyerler.org” internet page related to this issue: “Armenians built 15 churchs in occupied territories. Recently armenians built 15 churchs in occupied Azerbaijan lands. 2 of them are built in Shusha. Church is raised over the foundation of the mosque in Shahbulag area of Agdam. Head of public organization on protection of historical and cultural monuments on occupied territories, Faig Ismayilov told to “Salamnews” that they want to state that these areas belonged them historically by this method. According to his words, their organization decided to give armenians to international court because of desruction of Azerbaijan mosques. Armenians keep domestic animals in the mosque built by architecture Karbalayi Safi khan Garabagi in Agdam in 1868-1870.” Asagi Govheraga mosque in Shusha city is also included to the list of monuments destructed or armenised by armenians. Mosque built in 1832 is included to the “list of real historical and cultural monuments with country importance” by the decision No 132 dated August 02, 2001 of Azerbaijan Republic Cabinet of Ministries. Building and minarets of Asagi Govheraga mosque incurred to the shoots of armoured technique in may of 1992 during occupation of Shusha and seriosly harmed. Wall writings are erased inside and outside, abusive expressions against azerbaijanians have been written to interier in russian and armenian languages Yukhari Govheraga mosque in Shusha city was built by architecture Karbalayi Safikhan Garabagi by allocation of Govher aga, the daughter of Ibrahim khan. This monument is great Juma mosque of Shusha. Making all of these, armenian state breaches “1954 convention about protection of cultural property during armed conlict”. But despite it does all of these, international organizations do not take any measure against Armenia and they do not involve it to international responsibility. But today also exist some armenian churchs in Azerbaijan. Today international organizations talking about intercultural dialogue at first should provide supremacy of international law norms. Attitude towards the states should not be according to their power, but according to their observation of principles of international law norms. If it would not be realized, it won’t be possible to talk about any intercultural dialogue, international law and fairness and in a result, international organizations failing copping with their own responsibilities, may set their existence under suspicions.
