The kept of captive Azerbaijan citizens in invaded Azerbaijan territories and in Armenia as a result of annexationist politics of Armenians, the witness stories which affirm that captives were exposed to torture and agonies, also the facts collected due to the documents composed by international organization and representatives of opposite side are presented in the book to readers.

 

Bayramov Ramiz Nariman oglu

Bayramov Ramiz Nariman oglu was born in Baku in 1963. In 1992 he was called up for military service by the Military Registration and Enlistment Office of Binagadi district. Ramiz served as a command­er of infantry armored machine. On the 8th of May, 1992 during the day of Shusha’s occupation Ramiz as a commander of infantry armoured machine and its members of crew were taken prison­ers together.

His mother Bayramova Zinayet Seyfali gizi (she lives in Baku, Darnagul settlement, Navai Street, ap. 57) wrote a statement while searching for her son, she found out from his front-line comrades that during the day of Shusha’s occupation together with members of infantry armoured machine he was taken prisoner by Armenians.

The father of prisoner of war Jabbarov Ali Yelman oglu – Jabbarov Yelman Idris oglu (he lived in Baku “Gizil Sharg” military town, app. 98/19) while searching for his son he met an Armenian Artur in Georgia in 1994. Artur said that Jabbarov Ali Telman oglu, Bayramov Ramiz Nariman oglu’and Abbasov Rafael Soltan oglu were taken prisoners and kept in Spitak of Armenia.

Huseynov Akif Saleh oglu who lived in Arsik-Jirdakhan village of Tovuz district got a list of Azerbaijani prisoners of war and hostages from an Armenian Shamir Allahverdiyan (phone in Yerevan: 48-67-93) in Tbilisi. There was the name of Bayramov Ramiz in the list. It was shown that he was kept in Spitak of Armenia.

Bayramov Shakir Balakishi oglu

Bayramov Shakir Balakishi oglu was born in Boyuk Me-rjanli village of Jabrayil district in 1965. He served in 1983-1985. In 1992 Shakir appealed to the Military Registration and Enlistment Office of Jabrayil district and served as a com­mander of troop allotted to territorial self-defense battalion. On the 17th of August, 1993 during the fight in Suleymanli village of Jabrayil district lieutenant Bayramov Shakir was wounded and taken prisoner.

His brother Bayramov Mahammad Bala­kishi oglu who lived in Boyuk Merjanli village of Jabrayil district wrote a statement that a soldier (it’s pity but he forgot his name) who fought in Shakir’s troop and could break out of the encirclement, saw him. He fought and entered Suleymanli village but Armenians were behind him.

Aliyev Gahraman Hasan oglu who lived in Garakhanbeyli village of Fuzuli district and released from Armenian captivity (now he lives in Camp town for refugees in Bilasuvar district) wrote a statement that Bayramov Shakir Balakishi oglu gave him a piece of Armenian newspaper (it was impossible to connect with other Azerbaijani prisoners). There was his name, surname, year of birth and 2 other prisoners’ data on that piece of newspaper.

According to the information of Tagiyev Mammad Gachay oglu who lived in Garadaghli village of Khojavand district (now he lives in Machgara village of Beylagan dis­trict) and engaged in change of prisoners and hostages, during the talks concerning change of prisoners and hostages in Garvand village of Aghdam in 1994, Albert Voskanyan informed that Bayramov Shakir was alive and kept in Shusha prison.

Bayramov Ziyad Hamid oglu

Bayramov Ziyad Hamid oglu was born in Galaychi vil­lage of Aghdam district of Azerbaijan Republic in 1967. He served as a driver in a mil­itary unit in Papravand village of Aghdam. On the 16th of June, 1993 during the fight for Galaychilar village Ziyad was wounded in shoulder and taken prisoner.

According to the information of his broth­er Bayramov Vagif Hamid oglu (he lives in Baku, 2 Bukhta quarter, app. 5A), while searching for Ziyad his front-line comrades Abdullayev Islam who lived in Gakh district and Mammadov Rizvan who lived in Aghdam district said that they were sur­rounded by Armenians, Ziyad was wounded in left shoulder and left leg. They could break out of encirclement. But wounded Ziyad stayed at the battle field. Vagif noted that Babayev Elman Movsum oglu who lived in Khindiristan village of Aghdam district and returned from Armenian captivity, said to Yagub that Ziyad was wounded in shoulder and leg, he was kept with him in Khankandi kindergarten.

Bayramov Ziyad was kepf in Khankandi kindergarten in 1994 with Abbasov Natig Alish oglu who lived in Goldekler village of Beylagan district, Pasiyev Rizvan Salam oglu who lived in 2nd Ashigli village of Bey­lagan district and Jamalov Fadai Ismayil oglu who lived in Orengala village of Beylagan district and released from Armenian captivi­ty, confirmed that fact.

Badalov Vugar Hamlet oglu

Badalov Vugar Hamlet og­lu was born in Baku in 1970. In April of 1992 the student of 1st course of Azerbaijan Oil Aca­demy Badalov Vugar volunta­rily appealed to the Military Registration and Enlistment office of Khatai district and fought allotted to sub-unit organized for the defense of Shusha. On the 8th of May, 1992 during the day of Shusha’s ocuupation by Armenians he was taken prisoner.

When his father Badalov Hamlet Jamil oglu (he lives in Baku, General Shikhlinski Street, 54, ap. 10) searched for Vugar, he met Arme­nian Karo in Sadakhli village of Marneuli district of Georgia. Karo gave him a list of Azerbaijani prisoners of war and hostages who kept in the house of his familiar Dadamyan Suren Arturo-vich (Spitak of Armenia, military town, 306 quarter, buildingl, app. 19). There was the name of Badalov Vugar in that list.

Huseynov Akif Saleh oglu who lived in Arsik-Jirdakhan of Tovuz district and sear­ched for his sister got a list of Azerbaijani pri­soners of war and hostages from Alahverdi-yan Shamir (Yerevan city – 74, Nijniy Shen-gavit street 35, ap. 22, phone: 48-67-93) when he was in Tbilisi. There was the name of Badalov Vugar in the list. That list was confirmed by the chief of staff of Shusha reg­iment Elmira Agayan. It was shown that Vugar was kept in prison in Shusha town.

According to the report which represent­ed by Azerbaijan National Committee of Helsenki Civil Assembly, Badalov Vugar was taken prisoner by Armenians on the 8th of May, 1992. It was shown that he was kept in the house of Dadamyan Suren Arturovich (he lives in Spitak of Armenia, military town, 306 quarter, app. 19).

Bahramov Vagif Jalil oglu

Bahramov Vagif Jalil oglu was born in Amrallar village of Khojavand district in 1955. He was one of those who organ­ized the defense of their vil­lage. On the 29th of Decem­ber, 1991 Vagif with villager Hasanov Asif Agamirza oglu was taken prisoner by Armenians during his point duty in place called Garachukh near Amrallar village of Khojavand district.

His wife Bayramova Elza Ahad gizi who lived in Armallar village of Khojavand district (now she lives in Dunyamallar village of Beylagan district) wrote a statement that when Vagif and Asif were taken prisoners, Armenians informed by radio communica­tion they were kept in Khojavand district. In 1993 Elza’s brother Abdul connected with Armenians and found out that Vagif and Asif were kept in Tug village.

The father of prisoner of war Hasanov Asif Agamirza oglu – Hasanov Agamirza who lived in Amrallar village of Khojavand district (at present he lives in Haramu duzu of Beylagan district) wrote a statement that according to the words of Hasanov Agamirza oglu with villager Vagif was taken prisoner and kept in Khojavand district on the 29th of December, 1991. That informa­tion was given by the son (young man, 15-20 years old, military man) of Karo who was a chairman of collective farm in Khojavand district.

According to the information of Kazimov Ahad Musa oglu who lived in Yaglivand vil­lage of Fuzuli district (now he lives in Allahyarli village of Beylagan district), when he was engaged in change of prisoners and hostages, an Armenian Karen who lived in Fuzuli district and then moved into Tug vil­lage of Harud informed that Bahramov Vagif and Hasanov Asif were taken prisoners and kept in Tug village.
