Dear readers, we are going on presenting you Esmira Orjova’s book named “Release us from captivity” part by part. The kept of captive Azerbaijan citizens in invaded Azerbaijan territories and in Armenia as a result of annexationist politics of Armenians, the witness stories which affirm that captives were exposed to torture and agonies, also the facts collected due to the documents composed by international organization and representatives of opposite side are presented in the book to readers.
Jafarov Bakhtiyar Ashraf oglu was born in Zumurkhach village of Barda district of Azerbaijan Republic in 1974. On the 22nd of September, 1992 he voluntarily joined the front. On the 10th of April, 1994 during the fight for Gulus-tan height of Goranboy district Bakhtiyar was taken prisoner.
When his mother Jafarova Nubar lldirim gizi (now she lives in Zumurkhach village of Barda district) searched for her son, she found out that Bakhtiyar was alive and kept in Kirovakan of Armenia in the family that didn’t have their own children. He was engaged in repairing of cars there.
According to the information of Mahmudov Oruj Gurban oglu (a relative of the prisoner of war Safarov Asif Salman oglu who lives in Absheron district, Khirdalan settlement, 28 quarter, 12/70), commander of Armenian regiment in Shusha Saakyan Armais told him that his relative and other Azerbaijani prisoners including Jafarov Bakhtiyar were kept in regiments in Shusha and Khankandi and also at the private houses.
Jafarov Abdul Akbar oglu was born in Chakhirli village of Imishli district of Azerbaijan Republic in 1971. On the 13th of September, 1992 he was called up for military service by the Military Registration and Enlistment Office of Imishli district. On the 2nd of October, 1992 during the fight for Muganli village of Khojavand district Abdul was taken prisoner.
According to the words of Jafarov Eyvaz Abbas oglu, chief of staff in military unit where Abdul served Armenians attacked Emrallar, Kurapatkino and Muganli villages of Khojavand district at the same time on the 2nd of October, 1992. The fight was very difficult. There were many losses. Jafarov Abdul didn’t return from the same fight.
His father Jafarov Akbar Azay oglu who lived in Chakhirli village of Imishli district wrote a statement during the search for his son, Abdul’s front-line comrades informed that he didn’t return from the fight for Kurapatkino village.
According to the information of Kazimov Ahad Musa oglu who lived in Yaglivand village of Fuzuli district (at presşnt he lives in Allahyarli village of Beylagan district), a former worker of Shusha prisoner Maxim informed by radio communication that Jafarov Abdul was alive and kept in the same prison.
